Positive: We loved our stay here. A very spacious apartment, I slept on the sofa bed while my mum and aunt had the bedroom. All very comfy. You can see the top if the Eiffel Tower and you are a 5minute walk from the Eiffel Tower through the park. There is a delicious bakery downstairs and a pharmacy should you need one. The metro is not far. I would highly recommend using the metro, the metro is very quick and the road traffic is terrible and very slow. Not all metro stations sell metro tickets so best to buy one when you can at one of the main stations.
Negative: Nothing at all. There is a lift which fits two people max! But the lift works very well.
Summary: A perfect apartment especially if you want to be close to the Eiffel Tower.

Positive: The location was just perfect and the views were amazing. Beautiful apartment with lots of character.
Negative: The floors were unclean there was no dishwashing liquid, no dishwasher powder and ants all over the bathroom floor. Had to buy spray for them and dishwashing stuff. Told management and hoping they will up their game for next family. Also floors are so squeaky so if you have little ones that wake easily, may need to rethink.

Positive: This apartment is in a fabulous location, just around the corner from the Eiffel Tower. Good transport links and very handy for bakeries and a very good supermarket (Auchan). The building is beautiful and has the features and quirks of an old Parsian residence complete with small elevator, winding staircase and a separate staircase to access bins etc. Access to the flat was easy with the pictorial gude sent before arrival. The bedrooms are nice with front facing windows and shutters and the extra living room/dining space with the sofa bed is effectively a 3rd bedroom. The neighbourhood is lovely and despite being so close to the Eiffel Tower is not so touristy.
Negative: The property needs some work. The bathroom is not as advertised- there was no bath and no mirror in the bathroom; there are mirrors in every other room but not in bathroom- my husband had to shave using his phone. The surround of the shower tray was quite dirty and the whole bathroom would benefit from a clean. The towel rail was also rusty and gave the impression of being unclean. The bathroom would also benefit from some hooks. The toilet is in a separate room which is clearly a quirk of such an old building, it's unfortunate there's no room for a sink, meaning you have to go across the hall to wash your hands. There is also a large area of damp above the toilet. The cleanliness of the kitchen was also poor- dirty cutlery and pots and a frying pan with food still on it. Front panel of the dishwasher is not fully attached so may not open fully to load the machine. Kitchen could also do with restock of cutlery and some tumblers. There is a missing window pane in the living room, a piece of plastic taped over it- the apartment does have an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower, but this does obscure it to an extent. I contacted Blue Stay to highlight these issues and they did respond to say they would replace the pots and cutlery and would get someone out to fix the ceiling, however we only had a couple of days left and it wasn't worth the inconvenience. I had contacted them to advise that the condition of the property was disappointing rather than seeking remedial work to be done. Overall this could be an amazing holiday flat in Paris but the issues mentioned plus some minor matters ( kitchen door handle comes off when opening the door, pedal bin is close to breaking) gave the impression that the owner or property management have not prioritised the upkeep of the property. The 2 living rooms are lovely and the bedrooms are fine but in it's present condition this property is not worth the €450 a night that we paid.

Positive: We stayed as a family of four and really enjoyed the apartment’s charm—it’s an old Parisian flat full of character, with high ceilings, large windows, and that magical vintage feel. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to cafés, bakeries, and public transport.
Negative: We were surprised to find that some very basic items were missing: no kitchen towel, no salt or oil for cooking, and no hand soap in the bathroom. There is a Nespresso machine, which is great—but no capsules at all. That’s understandable, but guests arriving late should know they’ll need to bring their own if they want coffee in the morning.
Summary: ‏Overall, a lovely place in a fantastic location, but with room for improvement in terms of amenities.

Positive: Really nice old tenement apartment block in a great location (above a boulangerie) with original working elevator (not for the claustrophobic) and nice original features and high ceilings. Spent 3 nights exploring Paris with the family (2 adults + 2 older kids). Short walk to La Motte metro station… slightly longer walk the other way along Av de Suffren, past the tower, to Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel RER line (to Versailles).
Negative: A bit of damp in the toilet and not so clean in places.
Summary: Good base to explore Paris in a good location. Would recommend.
