Positive: This beautiful vintage villa had some renovations which were so lovely! It was nice and cool in summer when we stayed. It had everything we needed and even toys to entertain our son. The beds were really big, the shower was brilliant with a rainfall like feel. Beautiful house, it reminded me of my grandparents villa growing up. I loved the information folder! It was super helpful, and the visitors book was a fun touch. I highly recommend staying here, it's just wonderful with the nicest hosts.
Negative: Just being aware with older houses the walls are not soundproof which I was aware of but others might not be. You can hear everything very clearly haha. The washing machine had a broken power button and was a bit frustrating to use, the folder said instructions were on the washing machine but there was only a X mark and push written on the machine. It took me awhile to get it running but it worked really well once it did! Great machine. The beds were a little firm but the size and bedding was lovely. The toilet light is connected to the fan which gave us a fright as it's quite loud but useful.

Positive: Great communication , lovely touches of choccies on the towels. Very convenient to have all linen provided. Lovely and warm with heaters available in every room and heat pump for middle of winter.

Negative: We had a small hiccup finding the key, we didn't get an email with the instruction but after phoning the owner we found the key safe.
Summary: Very good, the home was lovely, and very cosy and clean.

Negative: Contrary to the information folder, there was no milk on arrival (we had to go out and buy milk before we could have a cuppa on arrival), and no amenities in the bathroom, just a badic handwash on the basin, nothing in the shower, despite boasting about the fabulous soaps etc in the folder, so we had to go back to the supermarket to buy shower gel etc. And we were cold during the night, the duvets are very thin, not enough spare blankets, hated having to leave heater on.
Summary: Nice house for family stay, just need to supply more blankets and bathroom toiletries

Positive: Easy access. Clean and everything you need with ample cups plates and cutlery Quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable stay. Bedrooms large and roomy with very comfortable beds. Warm with heaters in bedrooms rooms for chilly autumn nights. Large roomy bathroom and separate toilet. Great all day sun on rear private deck. Nice touch with chocolates on our beds on arrival.
Negative: Perhaps some extra blankets on beds as it was cool at night this time of the year but we ended up using the heaters in room to take chill off.
Summary: Great value and very clean and comfortable home away from home. Thanks

Negative: The bedroom needed more surfaces as nowhere to put anything on. Had to use the floor. Bedside tables were too small to put anything on.
