Summary: Good size property with lots of areas to relax, lovely outdoor area to congregate and have a few wines. Would highly recommend if the booking is for a larger group wanting decent accomodation on the island. Near enough to walk into oneroa.

Summary: Teds is a great option. Good facilities, linen and beds comfy. Need a vehicle and having one parked up gave less room for manoeuvre. The only problem was damp, the windows had condensation all day so windows needed to be open and heat pump on. We had a good stay apart from that. We were there in winter too.. great place for summer
