Negative: you can't check in until 5pm, even at 5 our room still wasn't ready! you have to check out at 10am, despite the fact that the room is not part of the hotel, it's private, so why do they need 7 hours to clean it??? the hotel and facilities are very run down and definitely need an upgrade. the staff are very nice! room was clean but they don't have maid service. also as the apartment is privately owned, the hotel staff aren't allowed to enter the room. TV didn't work at all

Positive: Great location near the ski slopes. Apartment was spacious but a bit tired but had a fantastic view and easy to get into the town. Good value for money. Discount on lift pass available if bought from the hotel on arrival.
Negative: Apartment was a bit tired, lacked a dishwasher or basic washing up equipment e.g cloth. Mattress was well worn and very firm especially on the sofa beds.

Positive: All the receptionists were kind and willing to help.. There is a restaurant offering meals on demand upon preliminary reservation. Our group tried the dinner that was very good.
Negative: The dinner opening time at the restaurant is one and a half hour. This is not sufficient for a normal dinner.

Negative: Needed a little maintenance. Door handle fell off bathroom and we didn’t get much response to help fix it!

Positive: Liked it all! There were large school groups but actually we went end of March and it was end of the season the slopes were not crowded, snow machines and snow ploughs maintain the area and provide good safe skiing conditions. Plenty of ski schools and equipment hire companies. great restaurants for all budgets. Good accommodation, well placed in the village!
