Newly painted with updated appliances, a split Mistsubishi AC/heat wall unit, and Rinnai heater for cooling you in the summer, and warming you in the winter. Large wood fireplace. 2 ceiling fans, 2 flat screen tvs (Roku ready). Tenney Mountain is under new ownership, and the mountain is open after a 10 year hiatus. This jewel of a resort boasts 25 trails to suit all levels. The restaurant and bar are open for the summer season as well, and the views from the top of the mountain are unparalleled. Just 4 miles from Plymouth State College and I-93, and 30 minutes to Waterville Valley and Lincoln, you have all the privacy of a small resort, with none of the congestion and traffic of Loon Mt. Summary: Property is very clean and comfortable. Also well appointed kitchen -- better than most! Perfect location if you need to be in Plymouth. The condo community itself is dated and the roads are pretty rough. Jan's condo is updated and very nice! Will definitely stay here next time we visit our daughter and her family!

Summary: Great location at Tenney Mountain. Close to down town Plymouth, PSU and great restaurants. Several mountains close by for skiing, go north to Waterville and loon or south to Ragged. Will be great with Tenney re-opens. Condo was clean and spacious.

Summary: This property allows easy and convenient access to PSU and all other local attractions. The space is bright, clean, and cozy with everything you need for your stay. The host, Jen, was very responsive and available for any questions, although the description along with the info binder covered most everything. We had a terrific weekend watching the snow fall and shuttling back and forth to my daughter’s performances. We even found time to do a little sledding! Overall, an excellent spot and we hope to stay again!
