Summary: My friend and I had a lovely stay! The tent was clean and as expected. My only complaint is how close it is to the railroad tracks. I was woken up in the middle of the night to a train horn that sounded like it was about to blaze through the tent. Although, my friend wasn’t woken up because he is a heavy sleeper. If you’re staying in the colder months, I recommend a space heater. Also, if you’ve never slept on a cot before, definitely bring something for cushioning.

Summary: Ill be honest and say i did not actually stay. I arrived mid afternoon it was 100f outside and felt even hotter in the tent when i stuck my head in there it was hot dark and felt like an oven plus as a solo female it actually didnt feel safe stuck out in the middle of a parking lot.

Summary: My stay was in a canvas tent. It provided all I needed to support my visit to the nearby parks - a shelter with electricity, a chair, a cot and a lantern. The restrooms are private and clean.
