Positive: The location is amazing, beautiful surroundings of an old olive farm. Also, the number of outdoor activities (eg running/walking, mountainbike trials) on the premises are very well taken care of.

Negative: The apartments are nice, but considering the price a dishwasher and washing machine could be included in the apartments.

Summary: Beautiful stay in the Tuscan hills with the beach in proximity.

Negative: We had to drive to dinner and to the indoor pool but that was fine with us considering how great everything else was.

Positive: I dont give 10s to random places and this one I did. The location is lovely, out of the city, but less than 10 minutes away to one. The staff - reception and breakfast, dinner, and employees in the field were very nice. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The apartment and the views were AMAZING. Plus they're allowing pets! Sadly we didn't try the facilities - the pool and spa, but I'm sure it was nice too.

Negative: Nothing.
