Positive: This hotel is truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the entire house reflects a stylish and unique design that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are excellent and made our stay especially memorable, with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces, a relaxing sauna, and a lovely swimming pool. Perched on top of a hill, the property offers stunning views that we enjoyed every day. A special highlight of our stay was the hospitality of our host, Barbara. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home - serving cappuccino in the mornings, preparing breakfast, offering wine, sharing excellent recommendations for cultural experiences and making reservations for our dinners. Her kindness and attention to detail added a personal touch that made our visit unforgettable. The hotel is impeccably clean, with every corner well cared for, and provides a truly comfortable and peaceful environment. We would be delighted to return in the future.
Negative: The only small remark we could make is that breakfast could be a little more diverse, as after eight nights we wished for some variety. Nevertheless, this is a very minor point compared to the overall wonderful experience.

Positive: The house and how it has been restored was magnificent. The grounds, bedroom and bathroom was great. The hospitality provided by Barbara was exceptional.
Negative: Long drive from sites and towns of interest and restaurants. Also a more cosy and comfortable sitting room would be better than the couch in the breakfast room. Outside areas fantastic.
Summary: Beautifully restored Italian villa on hillside with great hospitality.

Positive: Lovely well-maintained country house on top of a hill. Great views. Parking included. Very spacious room, well heated, large bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. The lady who runs the house took excellent care of us. We look forward to returning with family.
Negative: A little further away from Parma and Reggio-Emilia than I imagined. Bed mattress a little too stiff for my taste, but good for the back, I suppose.

Positive: This stay was absolutely magical, we couldn’t recommend it enough, we honestly have no words to describe it. The setting, the surroundings, the sunset were just superb. The hosts was absolutely amazing, we had just got engaged 2 days prior and I asked them to surprise my now fiancé with decorating our room with flowers and sparkling wine for our arrival, they did a fantastic job and it was truly amazing. We booked a table at the local restaurant called Spaccacucchiaio and the food was so tasty. We had even asked for Spritz’s before we headed to the restaurant and they had no problem making them for us. The breakfast was 10/10, the selection you get was brilliant. We also used the Spa twice during our 1 night stay and it was amazing to have a place to relax, use the sauna and steam room and unwind. We have been on a 2 week Italy trip and this property was by far the most amazing we stayed at. What’s better is that because the property only holds 2 rooms, you basically get the place to yourselves. We can’t recommend the place enough and the host were great.
