Positive: Spacious bungalow and a lot of space on the property. Staff is so friendly and helpful with amazing service, definitely one of the things that stand out. Good breakfast and more than enough onsite parking. Quiet and peaceful.
Negative: The bungalow mentions a kitchen with stovetop. There is no kitchen or stovetop. Only a fridge. To manage expectations I would recommend to rather remove this from the property details. Or add like a basin and utensils and bottel opener to open some wine/beer. You cannot make your own food. No wifi - there is wifi but it doesn’t work.

Positive: The availability and the kindness of the staff! The village of Porto Ottiolu is only 15 minutes walking or few minutes by car. The view is stunning, especially from the main garden. The bed for our 7 months baby was really good.
Negative: We really enjoyed our stay here, but we expected a bit more from what we paid. The venue has recently been renovated, so there is still some finetuning to be done: the property would need better maintenance, furniture in the apartment is very basic, the kitchen could use some extra equipment, breakfast is nice but it's the same every day. Also, be careful when booking as you might don't see that the bungalows (as opposed to the apartments) don't have a kitchen, which is a shame because they would have enough space to have one.

Positive: Location is great as it is within minutes of walking or driving from the marina and several restaurants, and 20-30 minutes of driving from some of the beautiful beaches in the area. Breakfast was good, but not comparable to other Italian hotels of same rating (selection was certainly not rich). Staff was very nice and perhaps the main reason why the review receives a Good rating.
Negative: I believe that if a hotel advertises AC as being one of the features, then it is expected for the AC to be in the bedroom. After all, that is why one books the hotel, not for the sitting area. AC was present only in the sitting area. WIFI didn't work for the first three days of our stay, and the TV did not have a remote control able to change the channels - you would have to talk up to the satellite box to manually change them. The water pressure for shower/sink was a hit and miss and very loud, with the hot water also going out once. Granted, the staff fixed that within 30 minutes, but what if it happened at 11pm? Staff normally leaves in the evening.
Summary: Decent stay, but would not visit again
