Positive: Nice terrace and well equiped kitchen. Spacious bathroom. The host gave us a warm welcome. Basic supplies (detergent, hand soap, etc) present so we did not have to buy it for a few days. Also coffee and tea. Bus and metro are close.
Negative: The sofa bed is not that comfortable (it is ok-ish for 2 to sleep on)

Positive: We had an excellent stay at this Apartment. The owner was always on hand for information, and when we had any questions he would reply very promptly. It was exactly like the pictures and has really great appliances- fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, as well as all other basic needs covered. We appreciated the kind gesture of leaving bottles of water and Coke Zero in our fridge for our arrival- this was amazing after a day of travelling. There were also towels which was very handy as we only had hand luggage so did not have any with us. The balcony was very nice, and the property was very clean and tidy. The area was also great- it was around 25-40 minutes to get into central (depending which transport you took) and the area surrounding felt very safe and community minded. As two young girls travelling we were glad to choose this place. There was a couple of shops nearby and also a nice place to get a drink too. If I ever return to Prague I will definitely come back.
Negative: Potentially some railings on the ladder for as you climb up the bed just to make it easier but this was absolutely not crucial and we were able to access the bed without it very easily!

Positive: The apartment was clean, had a wonderful balcony for enjoying morning coffee and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The apartment development is nice in that there are stores directly underneath as well as restaurants. Parking was super easy, especially on the weekend when the blue (paid zones) are not applicable.
Negative: Nothing. Everything was great :)
