Negative: Not clean: We found two cockroaches and ants. The fans are covered in dust, and there was black hair in the master bathroom, and there are too many mats in the bathroom and rugs throughout the house, which feel unhygienic. Misleading description: There is no king-size bed—only full and twin beds. The headboard in the master bedroom is falling apart and makes a lot of noise. Appliances: The refrigerator is not cold enough, and both the fridge and stove are outdated. TV placement: The TV is mounted too high—you'd need to be a giant to watch comfortably, otherwise it causes neck pain.

Positive: Excellent location with beautiful view of the ocean.The layout and decor were so welcoming and just feel at home. Fully furnished and kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. Location is perfect it’s not in a busy area so very peaceful. Which we enjoy a lot more than staying in hotels or condos. Property manager Janet was very informative and checked in with us when we arrived. Definitely will book again.

Negative: AC was set at 75, too hot to be comfortable. The thermostat was locked and couldn't be changed, but figured it out the next day. The code for lockbox was different than code given. Was over an hour trying to get in.

Positive: The location was good and beach access was easy.
Negative: No washer/dryer made a huge impact. It took time away from our vacation to spend time at a washateria. ☹️ There was only one tv in the main living room, not in any bedrooms. The ice maker never made ice.
