"Terrasse Fadoli" is a superb 2 double bedroom apartment offering a large and magnificent vegetated terrace with a view of the sea, Mucem, and the Cathedral of the Major, a terrace of Fada as they say in Marseille :-) Its neat and contemporary decoration makes it a place where it is good to live with family or friends. Its location is ideal to enjoy the sweet summer evenings on the terrace, watch the boats, while being both close to the Old Port, its restaurants and shops around.
Composition of the apartment:
"Terrasse Fadoli" is located on the ground floor of an emblematic building of the reconstruction of Marseille (La Tourette / Architect Fernand Pouillon). Upon entering you will find on your right a first double bedroom. On your right at the entrance a separate toilet and the bathroom with original materials. Then in front of you the living room with its open kitchen and especially an access of full foot on a large terrace surrounded by Mediterranean plants offering you a sea view in front of you. On your left you will see the basin between the fort saint jean and the mucem and on your right the esplanade bordering the Cathedral of the Major. From the living room you can also access the 2nd double bedroom which also gives access to the terrace.

Summary: Terrasse Fadoli The apartment was comfortable, modern, and roomy, and it had everything needed to be functional. The patio is a plus; it is reasonably private and offers a relaxed ambiance to enjoy a meal or just a restful time. Communication with the host was easy and accessible. The location is perfect, close to most attractions, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely book it again when in Marseille.

Summary: Terrasse Fadoli The house was comfortable, clean and warm. It had a terrace with a view of Cathedral La Major and MU'CEM. It is within walking distance of many of the city's important locations. For those who do not like walking, there is a bus stop right in front of the house. We stayed for two nights as two couples and were very pleased. Lamia, who was directed by the agency to welcome us, was very helpful in every aspect.

Summary: Terrasse Fadoli The terrace was spectacular. Just like in the pictures. Although too cold for us to use much it was great to have that beautiful view and bright large windows to not feel cramped. Apartment was nicely decorated, neat and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The master bedroom had sufficient space to put away clothes. Great location - lots to do, museums, restaurants, the Panier, vieux port and lots of bus options. Negatives: internet was down for the full 4 days. No attempt to provide a solution like an Orange Airbox. No space in 2nd bedroom to put away clothes. We saw several roaches in the bedroom and living room while we were there. The agency did not always respond quickly and they only respond during working hours. So if you have a problem in the evening you have to wait until the next morning for a response.

We were happy to have extra bath towels ( a real treat compared to other places we have stayed) No stairs into the apartment, a real bonus . Excellent communication with agent. Only suggestion, since there is only one bathroom , a mirror in each bedroom would be helpful for other guests getting ready in the morning"

Summary: Terrasse Fadoli We enjoyed staying here. It’s in a good location next to the old port, near to cafes and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and the standout feature is the large outdoor patio. The bathroom is quite quirky as it uses a recycled kitchen sink and cabinet. The shower was excellent. We were surprised to find no shampoo and shower gel. We would be happy to stay here again
