Positive: Excellent quiet location in the hills, 15 minutes from Unipol Arena and 30 minutes from Bologna centre by car, private parking on the property itself, behind a secure gate. Super cozy kitchen and living room where we took the liberty to play some 70's vinyls during our extremely opulent breakfast (albeit all sweet, as is the custom in Italy). Max the host makes you feel right at home, and takes good care of the communication before and during your stay so you never feel lost. All in all excellent value, and I bet it's even more so in the summer with the outdoor pool in the garden :)
Negative: There was some initial confusion about the exact unit we had booked, but it was all sorted out when we arrived. Do pay attention to the description of the various units and feel free to ask for additional details.

Positive: We loved the clean and spacious room, the view, the breakfast and especially the hospitality of Max, the host. He made us feel very welcome and made sure we had a great time in Bologna’s nature. Go there, you won’t regret it!

Negative: Maybe the doors of the room aren’t very thick and so can hear the other guests very clearly when they leave their rooms … but otherwise perfect … and amazing colors 😎

Positive: Everything was perfect. The location was relaxing and serene and well appointed with a pool, outside furniture, pool towels supplied and and an exquisite view. Inside is also perfectly appointed with colourful and tasteful decore, each piece has been carefully selected to create a homely feel and a spacious bathroom to die for. The breakfast selections cater for everyone's preference and includes gluten free options. To top it off the hosts are superb and very hospitable. We had a great time and didn't want to leave.

Positive: We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Our hosts were two incredibly kind and friendly people. The room was comfortable and cozy, and every detail of the house was designed by the lovely couple with beautiful handmade furniture by Max. The breakfast was also very nice and the entire home radiated warmth and hospitality. It was by far our favorite stay in Italy, we left feeling very welcomed and we miss the place. Grazie mille for making our trip so special! 💛
