Positive: This apartment is huge, secure and clean with spectacular views and everything you could need supplied. The bathrooms had great showers, nice towels. The aircon worked very well too. We were given excellent instructions and communication from the manager.
Negative: We didn’t love the area, but it was safe enough and close to the centre.
Summary: Beautiful, spacious property excellent experience.

Positive: Very spacious apartment with two comfortable bedrooms. Location was great for getting around Catania and Luigi was super helpful with recommendations.
Negative: The kitchen was a bit under equipped if you want to buy and prepare some of the amazing fish and vegetables from the markets, but otherwise had everything.

Positive: It’s such a spacious place with a lot of light. It felt like home. Everything we needed was in the house and we loved the morning breakfast on the terrace. It’s just 10 minutes walk and you’re in the middle of the center!

Positive: Lovely large, bright, airy apartment with enormous private wrap around terrace giving spectacular views. There's also another terrace on the roof of the apartment itself accessible by an exterior metal spiral staircase. Everything was as displayed in the photos as shown on the listing and all the facilties listed were actually provided (unlike the three previous properties in Italy/Sicily that I stayed on my trip!). Small eco soap / shampoo / conditioner bars provided were a nice touch and was impressed with Catania's clear efforts regarding recycling (unlike Palermo!). Wifi worked well for me. The apartment is very secure with private access to the property by key entry in the lift. The videos with clear instructions sent by the host made key collection easy and stress free. Quiet area with all you need close by (good smaller local restaurants, supermarkets, bakery etc.) whilst also being conveniently near to Catania airport/port, train/bus station, old town etc. Host Luigi was attentive and helpful. Would recommend - I loved it and was very sad to have to leave!

Positive: Everything in this property is as it is shown on photos. Amazing view from the terrace towards Aetna volcano. You can have a coffee in the morning or dinner and drink in the evening enjoying Aetna. Quiet apartment on top of the building, private access to the property by lift. The host Luigi is very helpful - whenever we faced some problem he reacted immediately.
Negative: We stayed for a week and during this period there was no change of the towels and linen, no cleaning of the property. There is everything you need to do the cleaning by yourself ( and washing machine as well) but it is just not convenient to spend time in cleaning and washing during your vacation. This is the thing that could be improved. And the Check out time as well. In Booking is written that Check out is from 10:00 to 00:00 but practically we had to leave until 15:00.
