Positive: Amazing, beautiful location between vineyards and olive groves = 100% Tuscany. Nice view from pool area - pool itself was pretty big and comfortable. Our studio was well equipped, service was welcoming, responsive and helpful.
Negative: Toilet in our room was not working properly - we stayed on basement level, so there must have been some issue with dump pump. This was reported, host tried, but didn't manage to fix this - flushing was still an issue. Pool was poorly maintained - there was a lot of dead insects and leaves in the water. I wouldn't mind doing it myself, but there was no pool skimmer.

Positive: The place is stunning and so lovely. Definitely need a car. We did not and found it very difficult to get around. We spoke a lot to the manager to try and get help getting around the town. We had to hitch hike there but got a ride with we believe the owner back to the train station.
Negative: No wine and olive tasting as promised - the store was never open. Stove didn’t work so we were unable to cook. They say the closest town is a 10 min walk - it was 20 on the side of the road. Not safe at all.
Summary: Beautiful pool and vibe - hard to enjoy without car

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, but a little bit cold. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
Negative: The ceelings on the upper floor were very low, and that was not clear in the pictures on Booking. Also it was cold during the night and the heating was not working.

Positive: Had such a peaceful retreat in this Tuscan countryside. The weather wasn’t perfect but the hosts certainly were. Antonio is super friendly. Picked us up when we were lost and couldn’t find the villa and thoughtfully offered to drop us off at the train station on checking out. The region is great for unwinding. Stunning landscape, calm dotted with the chirping of birds and occasional vehicles passing by and air is super fresh thanks to the greenery all around. I would totally recommend.

Positive: Great area, real Tuscany, beautiful pool with incredible scenery, sunbeds and umbrellas for free to use. Incredible atmosphere all that you need to take a rest in Tuscany. Wi-fi and TV, comfortable beds. You can go to the Florence by train (around 35 minutes) but you need to get to the local railway station - rather by car. Obsługa także w języku polskim z miłą Panią.
Negative: When there are not so hot outside, it could be a cold inside in the back apartment. It is specific to the building - in that case you can use a heater inside the apartment.
Summary: Great time in nice place. I recommend it for people, families, who want to visit the Tuskany.
