Summary: Terrou-Bi is one of my favorite stays, and I have traveled to more than 30 countries. The staff here was AMAZING! The food was terrific. Everything was easy and peaceful.

Summary: The hotel property was really nice, but the room we received was not the cleanest. The shower looked dingy and there was old false eyelashes under a glass that was in the bathroom that was a major indicator that whomever cleaned the bathroom didn’t even bother to replace the glass with a clean one. They next day the room was cleaned the lashes were still there! The construction outside our room was a disaster! Was awoken by loud drilling noises in the morning. It was supposed to be a relaxing trip and just did not feel that way at all. We will definitely not be staying at this hotel in the future. 😡
