Charming, recently renovated, luxury gite situated just outside Dol de Bretagne. 3 bedrooms (2 with large high quality double beds, one with 2 single beds) all with ensuite facilities. Large, comfy, well-equipped (TV, Hi-Fi, Free Wi-Fi, DVD player, Piano, and more) salon and fully-equipped kitchen (Dish-washer, Coffee percolator, Microwave, Toaster etc etc.). Utility room with washing machine, barbecue, baby chair, Garden furniture etc. West facing private garden. Perfect location for exploring Mont St. Michel, St. Malo, Dinan, Combourg and the many beautiful beaches, chateaux, woods and more.
All linen and towels included. Electric and heating included (except in winter when there will be a charge of 10 euros per day).

Summary: What a wonderful stay in this charming property. We found the accommodations to be just as described. We were six in our party and each couple had a charming room with an ensuite bath. The cottage has a rustic charm with all the a amenities one might expect in modern living. It is well furnished and has an indoors and outdoors dining area. We ate dinners outdoors in the garden surrounded by tall hedges. These were memorable evenings! The location is just south of the quaint town of Dol de Bretagne and is about 30 min from Mont St. Michel or St. Malo and 20 min to Dinan. We found a terrific restaurant 3 min from the house. Auberge de Court Verte was a terrific find, while not inexpensive the food was exceptional as was the setting and the service. We ate in a small courtyard with a terrific ambiance accompanied by cooing doves. Finally, I cannot say enough about the owners of Le Tertre Ychot. They were very welcoming and warm. Great hospitality, offering their help to make our stay the best possible but gave us complete privacy and encouraged us to enjoy the property. Jane and Peter were wonderful hosts! We look forward to returning soon!

Summary: We had a short but wonderful stay at Peter's cottage ! The real thing was way better than the pictures made us hope for: this house is spotless, cosy and comfortable and comes equipped with all you need for a relaxing stay in Bretagne in the middle of nature. The bedrooms are spacious, the mattresses and showers as you'd want them at home. In short: only good to be told. Thanks for your warm welcome !

Summary: This is a well maintained and very comfortable, no stress, property with accommodating and friendly hosts. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms well appointed and the overall house arrangement convenient. The sizeable cottage is fresh and spotless, too.

Summary: the property was a well converted barn on an old cider farm with more barns potential for the future. the bedrooms were excellent with individual facilities, the lounge was spacious and opened into the lawned garden.It was a few mins. from the town which was old and interesting for a short visit.If you find a Relais restaurant ,open 12-14.00 you get a excellent 4 course meal sometimes with drink for less than 12.00 euro.The hosts are British.The area is interesting though St Malo is busy and we thought Dinan more frendly

Summary: Very comfortable, beautifully furnished, well maintained home. The owners, Peter and Jane were wonderful and very accommodating. It's close to a very pretty town with lots of amenities, especially the fresh bakery shops! We would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area and hope to be able to plan another stay in the future.
