KITCHEN & DINING
Plenty of space in this kitchen, a separate butler’s pantry with a full-sized fridge/freezer. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast with plenty of bench space, microwave, huge oven and gas cooktop and the essential holiday appliance, a dishwasher. Some added extras include a rice cooker, a slow cooker, a Soda Stream and let's not forget the Nespresso Coffee machine – it’s going to be hard to leave and eat out at our many awesome restaurants and cafés. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area, this is a great house for the family to gather. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
This amazing property has 2 living areas, one for the kids to sit and watch TV and one for the adults in front of the huge rock fireplace with a magazine and a glass of local wine. Another area off the bedrooms enables any work from home or study options with a desk area and extra bean bags to hang out in. Both lounge areas have Smart TV’s
WIFI is included at this property.
HEATING & COOLING
Slow combustion wood fire in the living room, ducted heating and cooling in the rest of the house. Ceiling fans are in the bedrooms. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.
BATHROOMS
Ensuite: Shower, toilet and vanity
Main Bathroom: Shower, full size bath and vanity. The toilet is separate.

OUTDOORS
Featuring an in-ground pool (available October - April *please note the spa is not functional*) and fantastic undercover entertaining area with table and chairs for all & gas BBQ, there is even a bed for the pooch! Many memories will be created in this awesome fully enclosed back yard.

Well behaved pets are welcome upon request. *Please note this property is fully fenced however, the front gate/fencing is more suited to medium – large dogs. Small dogs MAY be able to get out under the fencing.

The house is large, boosting 2 indoor areas for relaxing, an office-games area and a lovely undercover area with BBQ, overlooking the pool. The kitchen and butler kitchen provided plenty of storage options and bench space. The cupboards were filled with numerous electrical appliances to help with all catering needs. The ensuite and bathroom were roomy and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The ducted heating made the whole house cosy. There was 4 couples in our party, each and everyone was impressed with this home. The whole place and appliances were spotlessly clean. We’ll go there again. Summary: My 6 friends and I had a lovely stay. The house is exactly as mentioned in the listing. The beds were very comfortable. Well equipt kitchen and a bbq if you wanted to make your own meals. The house was very comfortable with space to spread out between the main lounge room and the theater room as well as the dinning area and outside table by the pool which was amazing on some very warm days. We will definitely be back
