Positive: we had two bedrooms with a balcony, near reception and had a great stay as a family.
Negative: heating in the room difficult to adjust so often felt over heated.
Summary: Excellent stay with great staff.

Positive: 2 bedrooms and perfect for a family of 5. Snacks in the bar 6-7, right opposite Garnel ski lift, but rooms/ski storage can be a long walk.
Negative: Room was a long way from reception. No wifi in rooms. Take away was on an Italian schedule so late which was difficult with hungry children!
Summary: Good value over all for a last minute trip.

Positive: We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and they exceeded my expectations. It was very big for a ski resort, beds were comfy. The cooking facilities in the kitchen are not great - no kettle or toaster, we had no bowls for breakfast and best of luck trying to contact reception about anything!
Negative: The buffet in the restaurant is the greatest rip off of all time. It was €138 for a family of 2 adults + 3 kids. And by the time we got to eat, most of the food was gone. I eventually made a complaint to the manager and he went and got some more food for us, but it was a disgrace and a serious waster of money. We were never given a key for our ski locker, I gave up asking after about 3 days. By the looks of it, lots of other lockers were the same. Your skis and equipment could easily be stolen.
Summary: 2 bedroom apartment was nice, and location is good for the lifts.

Positive: Close to ski lift and friendly staff, breakfast was ok,
Negative: Could provide more frequent cleaning service, be a bit more clear about what you get with the room (microwave unplugged, cleaning and linen, breakfast). also our room was quite far from reception and that isnt made clear on booking.
Summary: Great location and kind staff, a bit more can be done to get more value for money from the property.

Positive: We had four rooms together the only ones on the corridor which was good as we had children in our party. Good to be able to buy lift passes in the hotel and hire skis.
Negative: Very tired decor throughout. Staff did not provide much information to us about the resort or the hotel, and appeared not to have the language skills to do so. There was not a shop nearby or any other restaurants. Breakfast quite chaotic, availability of food varied from day to day and staff in the restaurant were not helpful with the exception of those working on the coffee bar.
Summary: Budget option so although it was disappointing it was not better, it just about met our needs.
