Summary: Check in was hopeless, they did not find the reservation..had to wait in the reception with no air conditioning in 40 degrees for 40 minutes! Never experienced before.

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed. Was shocked at how much choice and variety there was at meal times, never had the same thing twice and it was all delicious! Cannot recommend this hotel enough, will definitely be returning in the future.

Summary: We had an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed time in the beach and then time swimming in the pool. There was nice entertainment in the evening and a disco. The food was good and the staff were friendly.

Summary: Amazing experience. The staff is very friendly , respectful and welcoming. The sea view is breath taking. The beach in Mahdia and specifically at this hotel location is excellent. The food is great. You cannot beat this hotel in terms of price vs quality. Old town in Mahdia is charming. Do not miss to visit the coffee place Sidi Salem called Grotte or Cave.
