Positive: Clean, comfortable, close to the beach and the city center, nice host.
Negative: The bathroom is a bit poorly designed. The shower is quite small, the toilet is in a corner and the sink doesn't have a proper countertop to put your toiletries on. It is also quite small and doesn't have a window, so it can get uncomfortably hot and humid if you take a hot shower. By no means a deal-breaker, but worth noting.

Positive: We had the apartment, which has 2 spacious rooms, each with a big bed (1.8 m width). Very clean and modern accommodation, everything is quite new. The kitchen is at the ground floor, well equipped. Parking is free, in the street (no tax). The owner is present on the location, he was very helpful and friendly. Air conditioned and mini-fridge in the room
Negative: The curtain does not stop very well the morning light :)
