Positive: Absolutely wonderful staff, everyone of them. Perfect location. Comfortable clean rooms with great roomy bathrooms. Fantastic pool. Lovely food with lots of choice breakfast and evening meal. Good entertainment.

Negative: Not much really! Gym needs updating as many machines not working and free weights missing. Some people may not like the underground restaurant.

Positive: The location could not have been better. Two minutes walk to Pueblo Marinero and all the bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel has its own gated entrance to the beautiful Las Cucheras beach. Pool area very good with plenty of loungers and snack bar. Pool towels available. All public areas were modern and comfortable. The reception staff were excellent. Friendly and sorted problems efficiently.

Negative: The only thing which let the hotel down was the room cleaning. One day our room was left unmade and without clean towels despite asking a cleaner. We waited untill after 4pm before complaining to Reception. Fortunately the brilliant Reception staff sorted the cleaning immediately. What a pity this let the hotel down I would have given it an excellent rating otherwise.
