Summary: Used while hunting in the area house was clean on the surface but had mice poop in the kitchen drawers and silverware. Had to wash dishes before use. House had electric heat for each room however half the house they did not work. As long as the doors to the rooms stayed open it stayed comfortable.

Summary: the place was nice, the only thing was the kitchen could use a blind or shade on the window. other than that it was nice. will defiantly recommend .

Summary: The property had many challenges. I would not recommend it as a main accommodation. Multiple issues from a broken couch to plumbing challenges. The owner came by and removed the screen from the bathroom sink faucet to make that work, but not much of an effort was made to correct anything else. We left a day early because we were so disappointed, though no one made any further effort to contact us about the issues. The other houses on the property might be nicer, but this one was not.

Summary: The property had everything me and my twin sons could possibly need as our base camp for hiking canyons in the area of the cabin. Price, amenities, comfort, location, and value are all here at this rental. My sons have already said they want to come back next October again.

Summary: The 4x4 bunkhouse was our base while we explored the surrounding national parks and Manti LaSal National Forest. The check-in process went smoothly, and we found the house to be clean and well-stocked with all the basics. The setting was quiet and private. We hope to stay here again!

Summary: There was plenty of room it was quiet love the amenity of having a washer and dryer it was a little warm the air conditioner they had was not as well as you would like but other than that it was fabulous
