Summary: Great place. Lots of room. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Nice front porch to watch the view. A little short on seating if you are filling the place to capacity tho.

Summary: We are three adult ladies on a continuing education trip. We chose Blanding because of its proximity to both Bluff and Moab. The house can be a bit tricky to find the first time, so try to arrive in the daylight. We didn’t not and were still able to get there ok. The house was spacious and stocked with everything we needed. We cooked several meals and had plenty of cookware, dishes and tableware. The beds were very comfy. There is an elk farm behind the house that is enjoyable to watch from the back porch. There was also a small herd of horses that came to visit very early every morning. Make sure and check out the welcome binder. It is loaded with a lot of helpful information about the area. The house is not fancy, but we didn’t need it to be. It fit our needs perfectly and we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great home for a family. We cooked in and would recommend having cooking spray and those type of miscellaneous supplies if other guests plan to do such too. We also did laundry and it worked great. Location was initially difficult to find - would recommend making sure you are clear on how to find while you have good cell service.

Summary: Let’s say upon arrival the condition of the red front door entrance was worn and tattered. Then upon entering the entrance linoleum was torn, and then upon more , we moved our things into the house, we quickly realized the tubs we’re filthy, soap scum was built up scrapped off, and he upstairs main bathroom was rusty realizing the hot water was dripping continually the rust build up proved it had been leaking for awhile, Then checking other bathrooms, I quickly looked into finding cleaning sprays and scrub us to clean these tubs, And continued cleaning the handrail to upstairs was so sticky the cloth turned black after wiping the white railing. The fridge had not been wiped. Then a few days later we wanted to do laundry, the dry was stuffed with seven fitted sheet and top sheets and fourteen pillow slips, damp. Then, so many flies on window ledges, and in floor areas. Two of our nine tripped twice on the ripped linoleum. The farm house it located in a lovely quiet spot, love the nature views and we had lots of room to eat together and move around without bumping into each other, We biked from the farmhouse into town for a fun sat event we discovered by surprise, then a great town ride out to the river and great local historic caves.

Summary: My husband and I, along with three other couples stayed at this location for eight days. It was very easy to find, there was parking for our trailers and side by sides. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook all of our meals and the washer/dryer was a bonus. Very nice stay at a perfect location.

Summary: This was a "Brothers" trip for us to South Eastern Utah. We had a wonderful time in that beautiful area...and this property was very well situated. We are all old "Geezers" at this stage, and all for us slept very well every night....which does not always happen. It was a great trip and comfortable lodging. The West Brothers
