Summary: We were in town for my son's bowling tournament. This apartment is very nice and was perfect for the four of us. We were actually suppose to have apartment 915 but do to some circumstances the other tenants needed to stay longer. The host was kind enough to upgrade us, no extra charge for the two bedroom, two bath unit. I would definitely recommend this place a, it is perfect for couples, kids roommatesor roommates.

Summary: We loved sitting outside on the large front porch. Communication with the property manager was excellent. This property was very close to Rose-Hulman and ISU. This is by no means a large property but inside you had everything you needed and the large covered front porch was an excellent addition to the property. We would stay again.

Summary: We stayed for graduation weekend; nice distance to campus; we walked to the ISU Hulman Center; could have been a little cleaner; no hand towels for the bathroom and only one in the kitchen; cute house; plenty of room for 4 maybe even 5 with one on the couch; property manager very helpful and quick at responding.

Summary: I rented for an ISU visit and the location was perfect for me and my 2, almost adult, sons. It’s a 13 minute walk to the Hulman Center and a1 hour drive from Indianapolis airport. Plenty of places to eat within a short drive (family owned and chains) and parking in front of the rental was always available. Beds were comfortable and it has a good, but small, living and kitchen space. Kitchen table has 2 chairs. Living space has the one couch and chair pictured with the only TV in the rental. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, convenient, collage apartment style rental.
