This is a ground floor duplex unit with a kitchenette (toaster oven, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, french press, electric tea kettle, dishes/silverware) as well as a small dining area, a lounge area with a day bed that doubles as a sleeper, a big screen Smart TV, as well as 2 bedrooms - with one King and one queen bed. Plus, a full bathroom with a soaking tub.
This is perfect for a couple or small family that prefers to dine out from one of the many eateries rather than cook from home.

Centered between 4 highways - no more than 3 miles away - you can access downtown in about 10-20 min (traffic depending), Vancouver in 15-20 min, the Airport or Oregon Zoo in about 15 min and the desirable St. Johns District or Hawthorne Districts in about 15-20 minutes. For the public transit fans, 4 buses run every 10-15 min within under a mile of the house (#72, #17, #8, #24)
