Summary: When I checked in staff member wasnt very greetable, He was like ok. Then stated my reservation was for 2 queen beds, I said no I chose a King bed room onlone. Then handed me a paper to sign and I heard him say somethings and the last part was was card and card reader said unexpected $125 charge. I assumed in case of damages. Then handed me the keys. I was like ok which way am I going, never been here before. Not a outgoing person. Other then that the room was great and bed was comfortable.

Summary: The WIFI at the Alder was terrible. I had trouble accessing Internet and sending texts. At the bar near the taco place there were cups from the night before never cleaned up. The check in staff were wonderful. Knowledgeable and accommodating.

Summary: Disappointed lack of food options. Only place open was the cantina. Check in was impersonal. Given no information on locations of on site amenities. Had to ask where the pool and hot tub were. Too far from where our room is. Above casino. Restaurants were closed. Cantina bar and food closed early at 11? For a resort in high season should be open and better food options.

Summary: Front desk clerk was excellent and very helpful at check in, the beds were clean and comfortable; the dos gatos restaurant was perfect casual dining and we loved the outdoor space for games after dinner - also the free lobby coffee was shockingly delicious! on the downside, the room was never cleaned during our stay, the blackout roller shade was broken and we had to ask for facilities to change a broken light bulb. Overall positive stay but the housekeeping service is definitely not on par with the hotel quality.
