Positive: This is such an amazing property for a large group! I stayed here with 20 friends for my birthday and it was just perfect. Plenty of space, plenty of toilets (which were well stocked!), well equipped kitchen, lots of games and things to do! There were five couples in our party and the host was kind enough to sort enough double beds for everyone which was really amazing and we were most grateful for. Downstairs is such an incredible space for hanging out as a group and we really made the most of it. We went during the May bank holiday and the weather was scorching, which meant we were super grateful for the lovely garden! Allendale itself is a wonderful place with wonderful people. We just happened to serendipitously book at the same time as the Allendale Mayfair and wow, what a hoot! We will definitely be back. The hosts were great and super helpful in every regard. This is a great property and great value for money.
Negative: This stay was perfect for us, no complaints whatsoever!
