Positive: Mel was very outgoing and sociable. She had lots of information about the area which she had in binders for you to peruse. Her recommendations for dinners & day trips were great. She is also a terrific baker as seen in the breakfast goodies and a roadside pantry stocked for the neighbourhood. Excellent stay.

Positive: The location is lovely and good for dogs. Mel is an amazing host and very warm and friendly. Lots of personal touches showing how much they care about the property and that their guests feel welcome.
Negative: Can't think of anything that could have been better.

Positive: Location, beautiful area. Very, very comfortable, had no idea how big the property was, until we got inside! I’m in a wheelchair, the bathroom is downstairs and set up for someone with a disability, that was a real bonus. Mel was there when we arrived, she was an utter delight, so helpful and very kind. This property is of a VERY high standard, we loved it, could of moved in permanently 😊🤣♥️

Positive: Can not fault our stay. The Annexe was exceptional and Mel went above and beyond as a host...the extra little touches including the gorgeous Xmas tree, surprise little presents and treats for the dogs, not to mention the home made jam and amazing coffee for us! They thought of everything and we appreciated the time they spent chatting to us, sharing their local knowledge. It just made our stay so special. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone and would love to go back, whenever they're not fully booked! :-)

Positive: The welcome, Fresh milk, extra nibbles so generously left by our hosts. very warmly and comfy feel about the annexe. Great to be dog friendly with treats and items left out to use. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs just for one night or for a week. Superb place to get away.
