Positive: The apartment was comfortable and roomy. It was well fitted out and spotlessly clean on arrival.

Negative: One of the neighbours keeps chickens and I would have been woken up at first light every morning if I hadn't used earplugs.

Summary: Very comfortable and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Positive: Very nice and comfortable fully equipped apartment. Good communication with the host. The toaster was broken and the host quickly replaced it.

Negative: There were ants in the kitchen. The host brought some treatment which unfortunately did not work.

Positive: The apartment is a few minutes drive from the airport in a very quiet and safe area with parking. The flat is welcoming furniture is comfortable and location is in a quieter part of Malta. There are nearby convenience shops round the corner and Aldi a 5 minute drive away. The apartment is very welcoming and felt at home with air conditioning in most rooms. The host is very welcoming and will update you on any issues I must say he is a very a good host. Despite the housekeeping issues below and if they are addressed I would have rated it 10/10. I Loved my stay and we had a relaxed holiday thank you Luke.

Negative: The flat needs thorough cleaning after each stay, the cupboards inside and outside and the cooking utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, plates, cups are now due for replacement. Under the couch cushions also needs cleaning I would suggest spring cleaning the whole apartment after each stay. The dishwasher was not working and it moves forward when you open the door. We couldn’t work out how to operate the microwave oven even after reading the instructions. It was I’ll also be handy to have cleaning materials e.g a mop and cleaning detergents handy in the apartment. The shower is also very mouldy inside and out and would benefit from a good clean. The apartment would also benefit from having a washing machine in the hot weather guests can always wash up towels and bedding instead of using the same sweat smelling bedding for their stay. If using white bedding and towels I would expect both to be exactly that. These too need replacing and always kept pristine white. There was occasional bad and strong smell from the drainage. Water from the bath taps was dripping out and we had to resort to just using the shower.

Summary: Overall we had a lovely stay and the apartment is homely.
