Positive: Staff was friendly The beds looked clean and were comfortable. Pillows were not.

Negative: As soon as I came in, after I had already booked online. The register above the front desk had dirt on it, in it. A register that puts out the air we breath. The glass of main entry, lobby was really dirty. Large Smudges all over the top. The floor in our room had big stains, discoloration in several places. Room had an odd smell. There was 2 towels in bathroom and no hand or face wash at all. When I went to front desk. She gave me 1 towel and a very small round bar of hand soap. I over heard her tell a guest that hot tub was broken and was not being fixed. From the appearance of cleanliness and lack of services it seems as if the hotel is struggling Cleanliness and providing hygiene essentials is a great way to establish a returning guest. I am glad the staff was pleasant and The breakfast was nice or it would have been a bad experience.

Positive: Nice clean comfortable room, quiet. Ample parking for my motorcycle. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs and meat.

Summary: Attended the Steel Horse Motorcycle Rally and spent the night.

Positive: Really enjoyed the shower pressure and the pillows.

Negative: The Roaches we not expected and when I brought to staffs attention, I was treated as it was a huge inconvenience to have coffee made when I found roaches crawling on the kurig in my room.
