Summary: Our first room the ac didn’t work. We had to move rooms late at night. The next room didn’t cool well either. It was an adjoining room, we thought we were opening a closet but walked right in on another guest in their room. Apparently there was only one door and it did not lock on both sides. Very strange. The water dispensers didn’t work. One hot tub was broken and the other the lights didn’t work. Over all the place was in a bit of disrepair. Also, there was a loud and very long wedding each of the nights we stayed. Super loud band that played nonstop. Very tough to relax. I would not recommend it or come back.

Summary: Beautiful mountain hotel! Staff was very welcoming, the bed was super comfortable in a gorgeous room! Love that the hotel was a part of the experience of walking through Lionshead/Vail. Breakfast was such a beautiful spread!! Highly recommended this lovely hotel.

Summary: My husband was having surgery at Vail Hospital Steadman Hawkins. We traveled with our 2 my old twins and let me tell you how easy they made this trip for us! Hands down the best experience we have had in Vail thus far! Will definitely be returning! Also!! SOO many GLUTEN FREE options and accommodation! They made my choices on where to eat effortless when typically eating on vacation is a nightmare in itself for those of us with Celiac.

Summary: Great experience! Although Arrabelle shows to be a little more expensive than other hotels in Vail...the value is there. Beautiful and expansive room, free Valet Parking, Free Breakfast each morning and we received a credit via Expedia for $120 and we had dinner on their patio (with view of the. mountains). When all said and done, it was less expensive and a luxury experience all around! I strongly recommend this hotel and location!
