Summary: Very nice. clean but small hotel. Seems more like a BnB. The staff was great; the atmosphere was great and the smells form the dining room made me thimk of a five star restaurant.

Summary: Reserved a room with a queen bed, was put into a room with a full size bed. Not much different, but not what I reserved. Guests should not have to check out online. Completely unnecessary. Bar tender Kevin was excellent. Very much NOT accommodating when asking to extended checkout by 20-30 minutes since we wanted to eat brunch at your property. Host seating guests in restaurant shrugged and said call the front desk to ask about extending our stay. How about just handling it and notifying the hotel yourself? I shouldn't have to do more work after asking a staff member - restaurant or not. Its all the same property. We had dogs in the room and didn't want them locked in if we stayed past 11AM. Getting the runaround when asking a simple request is ridiculous.

Summary: We enjoyed check in, stay and check out. Beds were comfortable. We stayed on the third floor which had low ceilings but was still comfortable. The area was quiet but one block away there were restaurants, bars and coffee houses. They had closed done one block and had a band in the road playing. You could sit at tables on the sidewalk to listen to them while enjoying food and drinks.
