Summary: Property is well located, but that is about the best thing. Furniture is stained, bathtub/shower is in bad need of new faucets and caulking. Toilet seems shaky and runs every so often. Basically the place feels a bit run down, and it shows. Needs TLC.

Summary: Appreciate all the host has done to make this location in South Lamar a beautiful stay. The amenities checked all the boxes a guest could think of and the location was conveniently in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from downtown. I would certainly look to stay here again for an Austin visit in the future.

Summary: It was the perfect stay for our weekend in Austin! We went to ACL Fest and Zilker Park was close enough to walk! We absolutely love the location! This was our second stay with this host! Highly recommend!
