Positive: Staff really helpful Everyone was really nice and made sure you are all ok I asked the restaurant if they can do surprise evening meal for me and my wife and they did something out off the world I was so happy with the staff will be back again 100% Thank you to all the staff

Negative: Receptionist made mistake during payment. Although I told her, she insisted. Then she started arguing about 10 KHS. Actually, she was using a wrong, unfavourable exchange rate.

Positive: The breakfast was okay and the location was convenient - very close to Voi town and sorroundings. The staff are friendly and facility is clean.

Negative: Limited selection at breakfast especially to someone who prefers healthier options. The Wifi quality & speed can be improved especially at the rooms.
