Positive: We spent 10 wonderful days in this house and were very pleased! Clean, cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, a equipped kitchen, air conditioning. We especially liked the balcony with a stunning view of the sea - every morning began with a cup of coffee. The hosts were friendly and responsive, always ready to help.
Negative: We arrived by car. The parking place is located on a steep slope, right among the bushes, in the open sun, it was difficult to park, unsafe and uncomfortable. If you are traveling by car - take this into account in advance.

Positive: The balcony is a fantastic apartment fully refurbished in a traditional house. It is set at the edge of Glossa but within 5 to 10 minutes walk of all the amenities in the town. The rooms are a good size, well furnished and the living room kitchen area is very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the whole apartment is spotlessly clean. The views over Glossa and Loutraki are wonderful throughout the day. The owners live in the lower part of the house and are very welcoming and informative about the area.
Negative: There was nothing not to like about the Balcony. We have been regular visitors to Greece and the islands for nearly 40 years and the Balcony is certainly one of the best places we have stayed.

Positive: It's a great place in Glossa, a little bit outside the center. Everything was like in the pictures, and the view from the balcony is just amazing! You feel directly at home! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Perfect place to stay!

Positive: Nice view, very clean, fruits and wine by the house on the fridge, instant coffe, honey, baked bread & butter and jelly(jam). Clean rooms and bathroom, A/C and wireless, Netflix. Everything worked smooth.
Negative: Just be careful when you arrive to catch a bus until 8 30 PM, otherwise the taxi drivers will charge you a lot. From the center of the town Glossa you have a 10 min walk to the location on a beautiful uphill street. During a week our towels weren't changend and the garbadge we carried ourselves, but that's not such a big deal. PS: by the night there s a lot of fauna around but that s part of the magic of the island.
Summary: Amazing view. Pleasant owners, always communicative through wapp.
