Welcome to The Barn! This is a gorgeously unique, one of a kind, large one bedroom apartment. This carraige house/barn was built in the 1880's and recently renovated for modern living! The private entrance brings you to the large, fully equipped kitchen with a built in dining area. The upstairs living room has exposed beams, a vaulted ceiling, an original brick wall and a fantastic work area. There is a spacious bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed and skylight. Located in Washington Park, it has easy access to the Mts, downtown, broadway restaurants, the light rail and all the city has to offer.
This unique stay is housed in the original 1880's brick barn, in the backyard of the property. There is a lighted path from the street into the gated yard to your front door, additionally you could enter through the alley gate. There is a patio in front for your enjoyment. Inside you have all the amenities of a new home with AC.
Please be aware that the bathroom and kitchen are on the first level and the bedroom and living room are on the second level, one must use stairs.

Summary: Backyard barn has been renovated into a perfect apartment/guest home. Street parking is plentiful and there were restaurants and coffee shops within a 10 minute walk. The rental has all the touches of home - plenty of towels, shower toiletries, games, etc. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Summary: Comfortable, convenient, warm, and welcoming. Easy parking. Walking distance to great food and music. Easy access to downtown and the many fun and interesting neighborhoods, museums, and attractions. Made our visit to Denver really special.

Summary: Everything was great. My only complaint was the bedroom and living area are upstairs and the only bathroom was downstairs. The Barn was a quaint and comfortable place to stay while visiting our daughter in Denver. Very quiet and private. Rebekah was a nice host.

Summary: This was a great fit for us as a couple. The bedroom and living room spaces are upstairs and the bed is very comfortable. I felt very safe in this location and the neighborhood is peaceful. There are many conveniences nearby if needed, grocery and common restaurants. We were able to catch the public bus (RTD) just around the corner and it's a straight shot to or from union station on line zero. It was easy to have Lyft drivers pick up or drop off too. We loved the decor! We used the coffee maker and washer and dryer. Great communication with owner. I thought it was great value. Thank you so much!

Summary: This is an adorable quiet get away in the middle of Denver. Very easy to get to and easy access to all locations. Great for two or very small family. Recommend it highly!

Summary: This is a super convenient location for me. The Barn is really cute - fabulous decor touches throughout. I appreciate the huge refrig, gas stove, lots of glasses and dishware. Lots of interesting art, artistic touches. One drawback - the bedrooms are upstairs but the only bathroom in downstairs, I did get a lot of good cardio in!
