Positive: Location, neighbours, hosts, the property, everything worked for us so we'll, the house was immaculate, underfloor heating and bed were so comfy, hot water all the time, plenty of space in the living room, honestly couldn't find a bad thing to say about it, was amazing

Negative: Small notice of a deposit in the policies for the property, received a message saying they had attempted to contact me numerous times about this but they hadn't, so they lied. Said the deposit would be paid back within a week, it has not been. Disappointed with that service.
