Positive: Great quality accommodation very close to the lift. Has a free parking with charging for cars. Andermatt is a very nice village which many food options. Gotthardoass is very beautiful
Negative: Nothing. Well, prices in Switzerland are high in general.

Positive: Modern, new, comfortable apartment fully equipped with dishes & cutlery. The receptionist was very kind and supportive. The Base is very close to the train station and Glütsch cable car station.

Positive: Location is great from Andermatt train station and to the gondola.
Negative: Access into the property was a point of concern for me, as there is not always someone at the reception and the place is locked. Could be improved with providing number lock access for guests before/after check in/check out. Staff attitude was also subpar and unwelcoming - when I reached out for help with wifi connection / bathroom flooding, the initial reaction was defensive and that it was issue with my device or my behavior. In the end it was resolved but the process was painful. For the cost of >SGD1000 a night, the experience was unpleasant. Instructions for use / reservation of sauna room was also not clear, so while I had planned to shower at the chalet facility after a day of ski after 10am checkout, I was unable to do so. Location is great and room is comfortable/equipped/clean, but I would pick elsewhere for a better overall experience.
