Positive: the personal was really helpful. The looby is modern. You can get coffee any time. Modern concept. Not far from the transportation areas. The staff showed me around and was really nice and helpful. Totally impressed by them.
Negative: the park place costs 20 euros, it is too much. It should be free of charge for one night stayers. The bed was not the most comfortable. The room was not the most clean. A bit darker hallways. But nothing so bad, i would book again.

Positive: Everything was okay.
Negative: The only downside of the accommodation was its location, as it’s a one-and-a-half-hour walk to the city centre or you have to take public transport.

Positive: The neighbourhood is really nice - quiet area and not too far from the centre of Berlin. Took about 30 mins to get to Brandenburg Gate for example. The room decor was nice, lots of wardrobe space. WiFi also very fast. Decent shower, and hairdryer was also available.
Negative: The pillows were pretty terrible, very thin and not supportive - I think they could be a lot better. The lack of a kettle was a shame, I really would've appreciated an in-room kettle. As it was the weekend, no staff were available and the bar area was also not manned. I think it's a bit of a shame no-one is around at the weekend, as I couldn't ask any questions. Nosiy on Friday when there was a rooftop bar party. Saturday was much quieter.
Summary: Nicely decorated and neighbourhood, but room a bit basic
