Summary: It was en general a very good experience. The room is small but wise distributed with kitchenette, fridge, dishes, utensils etc., very useful. There's a roof top, coffee room and laundry as well. The property is in a very good condition, convenient located in a beautiful clean and calm neighborhood (Pankow) with restaurants, coffee shops, metro, trams and buses nerby. There's a beautiful park around too. If I come back to Berlin I'll stay there again :). I recommend it. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the cleaning is just once a week. They don't have AC (it does not seem to be so popular in Berlin) and could be warm in summer time. We did ask for a fan during our stay.

Summary: The room was warm and clean, bed comfortable, big enough but no wardrobe and the metal structures are soon exposed and make one feel tired. Staff are very friendly. No kettle in the room and for those who would want to be served breakfast not available just little snacks, it near to the shopping centre so you're not cut of from the world.

Summary: The room was clean, in a quiet residential neighborhood close to a mall and restaurants. You are able to use the amenities of the apartments across the street… gym etc. Short walk to trains!

Summary: Flifgt delayed and arrived late at night - could not check in. Took over an hour on the telephone to sort out, absolutely no staff, not even security on site
