Enjoy this cozy coastal retreat only walking distance to stunning coastal beaches. Offering a great entertaining deck with sea glimpses, ocean sounds, and a delicious sea breeze. In winter inside offers a beautiful and cozy setting with indoor fireplace and rich and warm interiors.
This accommodation is a two story home. The upstairs houses the main living area with kitchen and entertaining deck. There are three bedrooms downstairs, including a bathroom and laundry.
We provide a fully equipped kitchen with great appliances and cookware.
There are plenty of books and games, and TV to enjoy. We also provide bath towels and beach towels to use. Bed linen is not included.

Summary: The property was comfortable with good beds, lounge and outdoor furniture. Kitchen was fully equipped and has a great stove/oven which made it very plesant to cook in. The bathroom is nice and large. I just loved the decor choices, it has a very nice hominess but with a stylish modern edge. The location was glorious. No sea view but great sea breeze and just a couple of minutes walk to two different beaches. The host was wonderful, great communication and flexibility. We needed to alter our booking dates at fairly short notice and the host made it very easy to do so. Overall a fantastic stay and experience at this property!

Summary: Perfect property, in immaculate conditions and with all amenities and more :-). We had a great stay and loved the living space upstairs with the huge terrace and cosy interior. 2 magnificent beaches on the doorsteps. The 3 bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The host was very helpful and made our stay very easy! Big thanks!

Summary: the place was very unassuming and online photos did not do it justice. It accommodated our family of 4 kids more than adequately and pretty good value compared to other nearby listings. It's in a great position and the local cafe is only a short walk away. Has a great outlook on the back verandah and a decent yard, although we did not need to use it much. Water was not working on arrival but seemed to be the mains kill switch disabling the pump. Took us a while to figure out the problem and switch off the appliance causing it but owner has probably rectified this now we made them aware of it. the only reason for marking down on cleanliness is that there was linen still hanging out on a toppled clothes horse and we weren't sure if this was what we were supposed to use. We used it where needed.

Summary: One of the best stayz we have had. So close to the beach, very relaxing home to come back to after a day in the water. Heaps of games, books and stuff to entertain. Very clean, and lovely hosts! Defs recommend this one on the south coast. Thanks for having us! Peter & Emily
