Summary: The lobby area smells terrible. The sewer needs major clean up. Room was clean except the beddings were already old. You can tell by the color of it

Summary: Staff went above and beyond for our stay at every turn, at one point my rental car even had a flat and not only did the parking lot guard wave me over to draw my attention to it, they freely helped in swapping to a spare and getting in contact with the rental company when my phone had trouble reaching them. I can't thank the staff at the Bayleaf enough for all they did for us during our stay. It was a peaceful and relaxing experience every single day and exactly what I had hoped for in a vacation.

Summary: The property is close to my hometown. The lobby smelled like a sewer. Although the housekeeper was very nice, I had to instruct him on what area to clean. They should be trained on how to clean the room and not need to be told what specific area to clean each time. The buffet was bad, and I only ate there twice during my three-week stay. They need to consider hiring a competent cook. I consider this a 2-star hotel. The room was pre-paid through Expedia, or I would have checked out sooner.
