architect-owned 3 bedroom 2 bath with a bonus room in the private beach community Orient By The Sea. Gather around the island in the renovated kitchen with quartz countertops or enjoy the antique dining table with seating for 8. Relax in the main floor living room with a wood-burning fireplace, TV and board games or spread out in the basement living space with TV and toys. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms and a private basement bonus room. Central air-conditioned throughout (new for 2023). BBQ on the back deck overlooking private yard or lounge around the **Newly renovated pool and patio. Walk +/-100 yards to the private beach and enjoy the beautiful sunsets or use the two available kayaks in the Long Island Sound. Two adult bicycles are available to ride to the Orient Beach State Park, Orient Village or local farm stands. Close to Greenport, wineries and everything the North Fork has to offer!

Summary: We loved the location and everything to do - the pool, community beach, and orient state park kept us all happy and entertained. The house is clean and well set up, would have loved to stay longer!

Summary: The house was lovely and in a great location. Very peaceful area, short walk to beach. House was kid friendly with step stools in bathroom for younger kids. Kevin was very responsive to questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Great location and neighborhood. Extremely clean and updated and well-cared for house and incredibly well-stocked. There were a lot of extra items (toys, travel high chair, kids utensils, books, step stools) for kids of all ages which were incredibly helpful to have around. The owner was prompt and helpful with any questions. The house seemed to always have what we were looking for and we really enjoyed our stay. Also, the pool was warm for mid-June! 86 deg! The basement bonus area was perfect for a second family joining us. Would definitely recommend this property.

Summary: I stayed with a group of friends from college. We all missed our 30th birthdays in quarantine so decided to spend a weekend getaway together. We used the beautiful backyard, played games in the living room and made dinner while having enough room to help and chat. It was the perfect location!

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this property in Orient. The location was great, and the house had all the amenities we could need. We especially enjoyed grilling and enjoying the backyard and patio. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with! The only reason I gave cleanliness 3 stars is because there was an ant problem in the kitchen. We had a few ant traps set up, but this didn't fully stop the problem. I would recommend this place for anyone to stay, looking for a place in the area!

Summary: We celebrated my 30th birthday at this wonderful home and could not have been more pleased. The house itself was beautiful and came with everything we could need for our stay. We can’t wait to come back with our kids next time!

Summary: I cannot thank Kevin and Samantha enough for allowing me and my friends to stay in their home! The home was beautiful, so clean and very well supplied with everything we needed to cook our meals and enjoy our stay. The location was also amazing, the area was gorgeous, and the drive there was beautiful! The pool right behind the house was so lovely and warm and there were fun pool floaties that we enjoyed. Just a minute walk away from the house was this lovely private beach, it was so beautiful to watch the sunset here, it almost feels like you're at the edge of the world. Kevin and Samantha were fabulous hosts, and even had a lovely bottle of wine from one of their favorite vineyards waiting to welcome us. They were very communicative and very kind! I hadn't seen some of my friends in over a year, and it was the perfect location to catch up and relax. We were all so sad to leave and wished we could have stayed longer. I could not recommend The Beach House more!
