Positive: We had a great stay at this beach house! The place was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the beautiful view and the direct access to the beach — perfect for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended!

Positive: The villa is same as seen in the picture. Huge living area. Clean and well maintained villa and its surroundings. Generous in tissue with complementary small bottle of water .

Negative: 1. No griller for outside charcoal bbq. 2. No rice cooker 3. Since its summer its super Lowtide, we woke up early at 6am to swim but were so disappointed. 4. We check in late due to other guest late check-out and were so hungry. We went to coop supermarket to buy some stuff like drinking water , sodas and some snacks . Better to bring all your needs . 5. Location is in near power plant. 6. The TV is useless- we have to log in to our own personal account if we used youtube- no netflix nothing we cant access any apps . And its not safe to log to your account google automatically block it cause its unsafe. Good thing we brings some cards to play so will not feel bored. 7. Hope they have portable extra table outside if we want to eat there while grilling. 8. One of the staff knock the door and ask us to go out - because its 12:30 already - he saw already that all outlr things is in the door why bother to say to go out- we feel disrespect -why??! During our check in we saw them patiently waiting from other guest to check out until 1pm without saying anything - and we are so considerate to the owner and we understand the circumstances, but when we check out on time , why the staff reactions is like we are nothing! Yes we are filipinos but we are not ignorant! Take note! Not all asians afford the accom plus effort to drive far. We really so disappointed.

Summary: Not recommended if you look forward to swim and enjoy the sea- its just a normal villa- plus its too far .

Positive: House size was huge with high ceiling. The place was clean and the air conditioning was powerful enough to cool the whole property. As the name says, right in front of the sea and has ample area to set up a BBQ and hang outside with friends. The sea breeze coupled by the dawn/dusk setting is simply amazing. Just around one hour and 30 mins from the capital. The owner/helpers was very polite, nice and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Negative: Addition of a swimming pool would be nice since the nearby seabed was a bit rocky.

Summary: Amazing beach house escapade.
