Positive: Room was exceptional, especially the gorgeous bath and glorious view. Food in the evening was also very tasty and staff throughout were helpful. Would certainly visit again in the future as well as spend more time exploring the local area.

Negative: Nothing worth mentioning that could be improved.

Positive: Position and historical property. Lovely to have a sea view… despite tiny room. Staff were friendly (but overworked!)

Negative: Shower was broken. (We reported it but it was not repaired during our 3 night stay) Room was tiny. Staff were overworked and didn’t even take our order for breakfast on the third day… also toast which we ordered was not delivered. Didn’t like the black sun shades on tables as they made the place look like an ordinary pub ( this place used to have class as ‘Westover Hall’ )

Positive: Absolutely wonderful and interesting Arts and Crafts house in great location. Bedroom decoration in soft tones and very comfortably furnished. The staff are lovely.

Positive: Breakfast good mainly. Little slow at times but busy period. Location beautiful. Staff excellent

Negative: Water for tea was never hot enough! The first room we were given did not have an extra big bed which made sleep almost impossible! However staff (Aaron) was extremely helpful and managed to move us to a super-king after the weekend!!

Summary: We spent a lovely week at Beach House and were very well looked after

Positive: This is a truly beautiful old house with stunning art deco windows and lovely old panelling. It's super convenient for walking along the cliffs and into Milford on Sea itself.

Negative: Attention to detail could be a bit better ie the door to our bathroom really squeaked badly and this would be obvious to any cleaning staff. Shower was also in need of repair. Otherwise our room was lovely
