4 Bedroom House in Papamoa Beach, Bay of Plenty

Absolute beach front 4 bedroom, 2 storey house. Ocean views straight out to Motiti Island.
Top floor features the master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, a living room, newly renovated bathroom with shower and tub with bifold shutter doors that can open to give you a view to the beach (if privacy permits open doors).
The master bedroom and living room opens to a large wrap around balcony with magnificent views throughout the day.
Lower living room with fireplace and tv leads to a larger open plan living and dining area, seating 8 to 10. Stylish furniture throughout.
Brand new kitchen with quality appliances has just been installed for your cooking pleasure!
Large deck with BBQ and outside dining area for meals, drinks and nibbles, alfresco, leads you straight to the beach within seconds. Rustic firepit for enjoying the warmth of an evening fire or toasting marshmallows with the kids.
Also downstairs is the remaining 3 bedrooms (one with a beautiful 3 person wooden ship bunk the kids will love), a bathroom with walk in shower and a bath, separate toilet and a laundry room, with new washer and dryer recently installed. A small room off the tv room has another single bed. The house sleeps 12 if you count the kids trundle under the bunk bed. Bunk is not really suitable for adults so max 8 adults in a booking.
On the side of the house you’ll find a hot shower to duck under after a swim in the ocean, clothes line and a small garden.
The section is shared with the unit behind (also an Airbnb) whose access to the beach is down the side of your house.

Summary: Walking through the front door and looking straight out into the ocean is a wow moment! House was fabulous. Proximity to the water meant little people could be outside enjoying the beach and always within our view. Wonderful family moments. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise. Summary: We had a really enjoyable stay at the Beach House. Grandparents, parents and kids all really enjoyed it. The house was easily big enough for everyone to have their own space, while still being sociable. Everything in the house was high quality and it was well prepared for us, with lots of nice touches (coffee beans in the cupboard, wine in the fridge, plenty of towels for bath, beach, etc). The owners set up a WhatsApp group for us when we checked in and answered any questions quickly. We’d definitely recommend for families looking for a quality beach house with fantastic views, right on the beach!!

Summary: The property did not disappoint- the owners really did think of everything and the location was a dream!!!!!!! True waterfront, easy to keep eye out on kids and fishing rods. Al fresco dining at every meal time, puzzles and games to keep kids busy indoors, everything was just perfect! Close to a large 4 squares which came in handy for all the little things we wanted. Thank you very much! Highly recommend to others.

Summary: Very well equipped house and amenities with lots of extra utility for cooking Welcome coffee machine Enjoyed upstairs reading nook and parent retreat with superb daybreak and sunset views Lovely back deck enjoyed by adults and children alike including play and swimming at the beach Children loved the themed pirate bedroom and the fire pit and marshmallows for toasting a great touch loved by the children Thankyou for a wonderful family stay

Summary: We had an amazing stay here. Great location and beach house was lovely and well layed out. Had everything you could want, plus more. Beach on your door step is definetly a bonus and the view was spectacular. Property Manager/ owner on hand for anything that was needed. Loved our stay and would definetly be back if ever in New Zealand.

Summary: Even though the weather was shocking for our whole stay, the property had everything we needed to make us feel like we’re at home. The beach house is in a fantastic location, just a short journey to some really good shops, cafe & artisan bakery. The Indian take out is one of the best too. Kate & Nick are awesome hosts too and always available if needed. We’d love to come back and experience some good weather, however finding some availability may prove difficult.

Summary: Very beautiful views of the beach from the property with the beach at your doorstep. Our younger children enjoyed the fun beds in the kids room and the bedding throughout the house was thought cosy by all. Lots of thoughtful touches by the hosts including towels galore and treats in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and really loved this private spot on the beach, marking our first trip to Papamoa a memorable one.
