Positive: The staff, owner, the comfortable beds, the chilling a/c, power hookup for electric cars, private deck walk to the beach, free bike rental, games, and water hoses to walk off. Yes they have an outdoor shower.
Negative: Everything was great 👍.

Positive: It was a super clean updated retro room. The owners were really nice and ready to help in any way that they could. It was a short walk to the beach and they had all the amenities you could want, including an outdoor kitchen area.

Positive: Super nice staff, very accommodating! Loved the boardwalk all the way to the beach! The beach was not crowded at this location. Also had an outside shower when you come back from the beach.
Negative: Building is older but it was nice and clean.

Positive: Very charming hotel with direct access to beach. Quiet area so beach is uncrowded. Room was very clean, common areas were great, and owners really care about you enjoying your stay.
Negative: Shower pressure was weak.

Positive: The staff is exceptional. Very nice. I liked the garden area and the courtyard area.
Negative: If it had a pool and a ocean view, it would have been perfect.

Positive: Easy access to the beach plenty of stores and restaurants all within walking distance that's what I meant.
Negative: Bathrooms were kind of dirty and the cleanliness wasn't very well. Rooms were very tight no tables. Coffee pot and trash can were dirty on arrival. That being said the employees were extremely friendly and anything we needed fixed or cleaned they were very quick and polite at fixing it.
