Summary: We had a wonderful stay at The Bear Inn. Piglet room was lovely, very clean with comfy beds and we loved the continental breakfast basket. Staff were all very helpful and friendly too.

Summary: I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Bear Inn and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone considering staying here. The room was beautiful, in great condition, and had everything I could possibly need. The staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome. My one small issue was with the WiFi as it was running very slow and I couldn’t do anything more than text - possibly I just caught it on a bad day though!

Summary: Lovely characterful pub with rooms. Lots of history and great atmosphere. Not very eco to have lots of little disposable toiletries and whilst the breakfast in the basket was a good idea, some of the products could have been more imaginative. How about a local yoghurt and cereal rather than an industrial toffee youghurt and Kellog’s variety cereals?

Summary: Nice people. Breakfast options very limited . Housekeeping didn’t happen but the manager did freshen up the room after we mentioned it.). Radiator in bathroom not working but staff did try to fix.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay, the host was amazing, polite and friendly. Everything was well kept and clean. Would definitely recommend it. Would go back ☺️
