Positive: Location is superb it's next to industrial estate area which I came for work and there are 7-11, local market, street foods, supermarket. Room is clean and provided sugar soda drink (I didn't take much). There are kettle (no coffee), hair dryer, no room slippers, only 2 hangers.
Negative: The light in room at building A is so dark compared to other building that I stayed before, I can't work in room as I wanted to do and there was no desk and chair also, only couch was available. Room windows were along the walkway, I had to closed all the time for privacy, can't open to get the light as it will become public spot.
Summary: Reasonable price with good location

Positive: Good location, Amenities are quite complete e.g. kettle, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, working desk, room has enough space not too small size, location is great near market in walking distance 7-11 is at the beginning of the alley
Negative: There is only one tash bin in room (not in shower room for toilet), water was flood when showered and power was slow at room 301 compared to previous stay at other rooms
Summary: Worth money to pay and superb location
